Craig Venard Craig Venard was born in Kansas and moved to St. Louis early in life. His workplace background
is interesting and varied. He has poured concrete, finished basements, worked in a bank, print
shops, done maintenance, been on a production line, traveled and directed Fortune 500 company
incentive trips in over 20 countries, taught retirement seminars at school districts and corporations,
and conducted training sessions to companies, churches, schools, and associations in the areas of
leadership, communication, sales, team-building and innovation.Experienced in many areas of leadership, presenting in various formats, (from farmers at
DisneyWorld. Chevrolet dealers in Paris, Country Club Managers in California, to youth leadership in local
high schools), Craig is comfortable in any environment.Craig was personally trained by Dr. Robert Rohm. founder of Personality Insights Institute, and
earned his Certification and Advanced Training in human behavior.As well, Craig teaches Innovation Styles, a unique approach to problem solving created by William C. Miller, former head of the Innovation Management at SRI International, (Stanford Research Institute).

An energetic and interactive speaker, Craig presents and trains in a fun and transforming way, lacing
the training with relatable stories and anecdotes.
